Engineering Technology Solutions (ETS) is a new, high technology limited partnership (LP) SME, founded in 2013, offering expertise and innovative solutions in the areas of industrial measurements/automation and process monitoring. The philosophy of ETS is to take advantage of its highly qualified personnel in order to industrialize state-of-the-art solutions and produce customized high end products.
The current activities of ETS are focusing on:
- Design, integration and installation of application-specific measurement and automation systems, developed specifically for the customer’s needs.
- Development of customized industrial process monitoring and Data AcQuisition (DAQ) software, featuring advanced signal processing capabilities and Graphical User Interface (GUI)
- Development of complete Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions based on advanced vibration-based techniques.
- Development of advanced, stateoftheart, statistical signal processing solutions for customer-specific signal processing/modelling problems.
Key tasks and expertise
The company personnel possess expertise in the field of statistical signal processing, system identification and statistical decision making, as well as in the development of prototype data acquisition and analysis systems. ETS will lead WP4, analysing the MW oven heat responses and providing a model for the temperature control of the process. ETS will then work with ECN and ESI in order to incorporate the process control model to the process simulator.
